Hi, I’m Jen—owner, trainer, and the person behind Homewerk. I created this space as a welcoming, down-to-earth studio where you can build strength, stay consistent, and feel good in your body.
Homewerk is a mix of strength training, functional movement, and community—offered in-studio, online, and one-on-one. No pressure, no perfection—just smart, supportive workouts that fit your life.

MATERIALS NEEDED
Water and a change of shoes. No outside shoes are permitted on studio floor.
If you’re joining virtually you will need Zoom and a laptop, iPad, or mobile device.
PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
Sometimes you just need space to focus. Private sessions are just you, me, and the whole studio to ourselves—no distractions, just a supportive, personalized workout built around your goals.
Every session is tailored to where you are and where you’re headed. As you grow stronger, your workouts will grow with you. And yes, every session wraps up with my signature peanut butter banana smoothie—and a hug, if it feels right.

I’m Jen Borman—owner, trainer, and the driving force behind Homewerk. With an ISSA certification and over 16 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that feels real and sustainable.
To me, fitness is about building a routine that fits your life, feeling strong, and enjoying the process—not just checking off workouts. As a mom to my son Fett, wife to Jay, and someone who truly values quality time and long talks over coffee with friends, I understand how important balance and support are on this journey.
