Homewerk is all about strength training. Workout at the studio or in your home virtually. If you can’t join Jen in studio or for the live-streamed class - no problem. Every student who selects “live-stream” when booking receives a link to the recorded class (good for 48 hours) so you can put in the werk on your own schedule.

There’s magic in a private session - just you, Jen, and the entire studio to yourselves. No distractions. Just a safe, fun, results driven workout.

Workouts are customized to each client. Workouts will change and adapt as the client changes and adapts. Every session ends with Jen’s famous peanut butter banana smoothie and a hug (if she thinks you need it).
